All shared information will remain confidential as none of the contact volunteers for PRO, Inc. are members or agents of the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. However, any provided information must include your contact info. Individuals contacting PRO, Inc. must identify themselves, and give specific reasons for believing an impairment problem exists. This request is to minimize the possibility of improper use of our services, and in the event more information is needed, we will know how to make contact.
